Sobeys Inc. Annual Documents

In June 2007, Empire acquired the outstanding common shares of Sobeys that it did not own, resulting in a 100% ownership position in Sobeys.

Sobeys Inc. released its last annual report in fiscal 2006. And, as a wholly-owned subsidiary, financial data is consolidated within Empire Company Limited's financial reports.
